Crossover Elite is hosting a seminar aimed to raise awareness on heart health, primarily as it relates to young competitive athletes. However, information provided at the event is applicable to all individuals. Got H.E.A.R.T. will cover heart education, raise heart health awareness, discuss responsibilities for maintaining a healthy heart, and “tests to request” to reduce the possibility of an undiagnosed heart condition, as well as introduce treatment options available for those conditions that do exist.
